Teeling Whiskey Company, Ireland’s fastest growing whiskey brand, is delighted to announce it will collaborate with Michelin Star Restaurant Chapter One on Wednesday, 29th June for an exclusive evening of fine dining paired with premium Teeling Whiskey.
Upon arrival, guests will be treated to ‘The Dublin Minstrel’, a refreshing cocktail created by Teeling Whiskey mixologists using Teeling Small Batch Whiskey. Giving attendees a taste of the whiskey making process, the Teeling team will be on hand to take guests through each pairing on the night and share insight on the creation, taste, and aroma of each spirit.
The menu which has been designed by Chapter One’s head chef, Ross Lewis is set to be a feast for the senses. To start, there will be Salt baked beetroot with smoked almonds, pine and beetroot curd followed by House cured Silver Hill duck breast, whiskey smoked Oriel salt, marinated foie gras and salt baked celeriac, mixed seed crumb and golden raisin purée. The main course will be Halibut with new season white asparagus, nettle and potato dumpling with a cucumber butter and sourdough. Adding the sweetest touch to an unforgettable evening, dessert will be a devilishly decadent hot 70% chocolate mousse with barley and hazelnut milk, Teeling Whiskey ice cream and lemon jelly.
Commenting on the collaboration, Jack Teeling, founder of the Teeling Whiskey Company, commented; “We are very excited to be partnering with a world class restaurant such as Chapter One on an evening dedicated to celebrating the very best of Irish fare. We have carefully selected whiskeys from our range that will complement each dish perfectly and we look forward to demonstrating to guests the art of whiskey pairing on the night.”
Tickets to the event cost €90 per person and can be purchased by calling Chapter One on 01 873 2266.
