It was another distinctly successful year for Teeling Whiskey at the prestigious World Whiskies Awards 2018, with Teeling taking home the top prize in 4 categories. Teeling Whiskey’s boundary pushing innovation has established them as category leaders within the Irish and broader world whiskey industry. On Thursday Night this was recognised by the World Whiskies Awards, with the Teeling Whiskey Stout Cask winning the award for Best Irish Blended Limited Release, Brabazon 2 taking the prize for the NAS Irish Single Malt, Teeling’s 24 Year Old Single Malt winning the prize for best 21+ Year Old Irish Single Malt, and Teeling’s Single Grain taking the prize for Best Irish Grain.
The Teeling Whiskey Single Grain stood out from the crowd once again at the World Whiskies Awards swooping the award for Best Irish Grain for the third year in a row. In this increasingly competitive category, Teeling Whiskey has once again been singled out by the judging panel for its category leading quality.
Commenting on another successful year at the World Whiskies Awards, Jack Teeling, founder of Teeling Whiskey Company said; “We are truly honoured that our Irish whiskeys continue to be recognised as some of the best in the world. Over the last six years we have achieved a lot but none more rewarding than the 150 International Awards we have collected for the quality of our whiskeys. These accolades make all the effort we put into ever bottle of Teeling Whiskey worthwhile. These awards marks a great start to 2018, a true landmark year for Teeling and Dublin whiskey, with the launch of our first bottling Single Pot Still whiskey from our new Dublin distillery later on in the year.“
