Specially curated event will celebrate Dublin’s cultural and creative scene

Teeling Whiskey, Ireland’s leading progressive whiskey producer, has announced the details of the final edition of ‘Dublin Rising’, a special event series that is being held to mark the coming of age of its award-winning distillery and the arrival of its Single Pot Still, the first Dublin distilled whiskey to be launched in nearly 50 years later this year.

The final ‘Dublin Rising’ on Thursday 4th October from 7pm, will be an evening of insightful discussion with innovators who, like Teeling Whiskey, shape the spirit of Dublin. Hosted across two stages in the distillery’s exhibition space by Dublin legend Jim Carroll and Totally Dublin’s Michael McDermott, attendees to the ‘Dublin Rising’ Culture Edition will have the opportunity to hear first-hand from a fantastic panel on Dublin’s bourgeoning creative scene, including businesswomen Jill & Gill, Signs of Power, Liadain Aiken and thisispopbaby’s Jenny Jennings.

Joining the line-up will be Cian Ryan, Ray Yeates and event architects Connect the Dots for an evening not to be missed.  Ticket prices to the final edition of ‘Dublin Rising’ start from €8. All profits from ticket sales to the Dublin Rising series will be donated to local Dublin charities. The ticket price includes a complimentary Teeling Whiskey cocktail with the event itself also featuring Teeling Whiskey bars, with guest beers and spirits available to purchase throughout.

The ‘Dublin Rising’ event series is taking place ahead of the eagerly anticipated commercial release of the Teeling Whiskey Single Pot Still, the first Dublin born Irish whiskey in nearly 50 years later this year To find out more information on the Teeling Whiskey Distillery and the Dublin Rising event series, visit www.teelingdistillery.com.
